Returns Policy
All items are preloved and may show minor signs of wear. We do our best to describe each piece accurately, but small imperfections may be present.
All sales are final unless an item is clearly misrepresented. By purchasing, you accept the unique nature of second hand clothing. As a small business, we strive to provide clear and fair policies for our valued customers.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of second-hand clothing, all sales are final. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we are happy to offer returns under the following conditions:
- The item is significantly not as described (e.g., incorrect size listed, undisclosed major flaw).
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item is returned in the same condition it was sent: unworn, unwashed, and with original tags (if applicable).
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at Lottsofclothes@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Clear photos if the item is faulty or not as described
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions if the return is approved.
3. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return is processed.
