• We carefully inspect, package, and prepare each item by hand—your patience means a lot!

We currently ship within the UK only. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic (e.g., UK): 2–5 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or public holidays.

4. Tracking Information

• A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped (where available).

• If tracking isn’t available for your shipping method, we’ll let you know at checkout.

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

• If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at lottsofclothes@gmail.com

• While we can’t control courier errors, we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
