Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with LottsOfClothes. We take pride in offering unique, preloved fashion pieces that are carefully inspected before reaching you. As a small business, we strive to provide clear and fair policies for our valued customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of second-hand clothing, all sales are final. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we are happy to offer returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is significantly not as described (e.g., incorrect size listed, undisclosed major flaw).

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is returned in the same condition it was sent: unworn, unwashed, and with original tags (if applicable).

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at Lottsofclothes@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Clear photos if the item is faulty or not as described

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions if the return is approved.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return is processed.
